1. Who we are
Infoverse Data LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the persoNAS product and this website.
2. What we collect
- Purchases: When you buy a license, Stripe processes payment. We receive information needed to fulfill your order (such as email and transaction details) through Stripe and our fulfillment systems.
- Support: If you email us, we keep your message and contact details as needed to respond.
- Site: This microsite does not use third-party analytics by default. If that changes, we will update this policy.
3. persoNAS application
The desktop app stores your cloud credentials and data on your device. We do not receive your S3 objects or keys during normal app use.
4. Licensing provider
License validation may use our licensing infrastructure (e.g. Keygen-compatible services). Technical identifiers such as device fingerprints may be processed to enforce license limits.
5. Retention
We keep purchase and support records only as long as needed for accounting, support, and legal obligations, then delete or archive them.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us at the email below. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
