Terms of service
Last updated: April 18, 2026. These terms explain the basic rules for using persoNAS and any license you buy from Infoverse Data LLC.
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using persoNAS (“Software”) or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License grant
Subject to payment and compliance, Infoverse Data LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to the edition you purchased and any limits stated at checkout or in-product (including device limits enforced via our licensing provider). The free tier may include usage limits (for example, a tracked-file cap) as described on the product site.
3. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, circumvent license enforcement except as permitted by law, resell license keys without authorization, or use the Software in violation of applicable law or third-party terms (including your cloud provider’s terms).
4. Your data and credentials
You are responsible for your AWS credentials, buckets, and data. The Software operates locally with your configuration; Infoverse Data does not host your files.
5. Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. INFOVERSE DATA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFOVERSE DATA LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE AT ISSUE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
