Refund policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026. persoNAS is sold as a one-time digital license.
1. General
Because the Software is downloadable and the free tier lets you evaluate core functionality before purchase, all sales are final except where required by law or as stated below.
2. Eligibility
We may issue a refund or account credit if:
- You were charged in error or did not receive a license key after successful payment and we cannot resolve delivery within a reasonable time; or
- Your jurisdiction grants you a statutory right to cancel digital purchases within a cooling-off period.
3. How to request
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, include your Stripe receipt identifier if possible, and describe the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can help. Chargebacks may result in license revocation where permitted.
